Energy levels, libre2, thyroid

I decided to get a libre2 after
1. Not losing any more weight.
2. No energy in the evenings to do any work or after 3 hours activity/ exercise.

To cover my bases I got a private thyroid test too with family history.

I was really pleasantly surprised with my readings. Between 5-6 mostly apart from a dawn phenomenon rise between 6-9 that takes a few hours to come back down. Woop woop! I reckon still insulin resistant in the mornings, keep going.

During exercise ok at 6, then afterwards at rest it drops - lowest 2.9, otherwise into 3s before liver kicks it back up to 6 then back in the 5-6 cycle.

Evenings when I rest drops into the 4s when I’m feeling low energy and concentration.

Thyroid came back high antibodies, high tsh, normal t3/4, low free t4.

So my questions (and thank you for reading so far!). Is the low energy just not being used to being in the 4s? Which will just get better over time? Or the thyorid that I can’t do much about? Anyone else had this?
