Energy / sex was good when I started taking insulin but now

It was excellent when I started taking insulin 2 months back I was I've again not only sex I was feeling very energetic but now on same insulin I am not feeling that good I don't know why
My readings are better but not much energy / sex what is wrong I am doing ???
Pls help me


Newly diagnosed taking insulin novomix 30 , 21units in morning and 17 units at night , have issues in late night snack very lazy always get high sugar in morning from 130 to 140

I mean when i started insulin it was dramatic change in every thing but now its all same why ????
My sugar is also in control !!!


Newly daignosed , novomix 30 , 21units in morning and 17 at night , have issues in eating and sleeping pls help me , why my morning BS is always high ???? Late night eating is the problem , so please help me guys

Unfortunately Sameer, this is very common amongst male diabetics. Fortunately, there are various meds that can help, Viagra, Kamagra etc. Tell your doctor, they can prescribe things. Also, as one poster already mentioned, take regular exercise as this improves circulation.
