Do you have diabetes?
Have your say on the draft NHS Constitution.
The proposed NHS establishes the principles and values of the NHS in England. It sets out commitments to patients, public and staff in the form of rights to which they are entitled and pledges which the NHS will strive to deliver. All NHS bodies and private and third sector providers supplying NHS services will be required by law to take account of this Constitution in their decisions and actions.
Diabetes UK would like to find out what you think about the constitution and are holding a 1 day event in London on the 8th October for people with diabetes, parents and carers. Lunch will be provided and all travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Please note that you will need to commit to reading the draft NHS Constitution prior to the event.
