I think it's an anti-coke statement, inferring that sugary drinks cause diabetes

Aaaah! I couldn't get what it was about... how are you supposed to "enjoy" diabetes... lol, i'm slow

As for the shirt: coke advert + implies that diabetes is caused by sugary drinks, which will convince even more people that I'm T1 because I had too many sweets... :\

yep, it just perpetuates the myth that diabetes is from too much sugar
