I placed an order last month and was warned there could be a delay. I was asked if I was fully funded which I confirmed. I was told when my order would arrive (pump supplies) and that if the sensors weren't included I should telephone the following day for an update.
The sensors didn't arrive and when I phoned I was told I was marked as a priority and was asked how many sensors I had left. I said that I had 3 left but had restarted my present one to try to get another 6 days from it, as I was worried I might not get a delivery for some time. This was a Thursday and I was told they would probably get more supplies on Monday and I could phone then for an update. My sensors were delivered the following day, marked urgent. This was great for me but I found it strange that they didn't know about this delivery the previous day.
I was about to mention the rep. Mine was very helpful when I had problems placing an order over a year ago. If you don't have contact details for your rep, ask your DSN.They have sent out warning emails of limitted stocks again today.
Although they did say current users were a priority.
When I phoned I got told my hospital had them. Then that no order from hosp received. Then email fro hosp saying they looking in to. Then magically 2 days later they arrived.
Have you got contact details for your rep?
