cant stand people who think they know it all
got to have epidural for back pain, surgeon told me not to take my lantus the night before and not to take my novorapid the next morning, surely blood sugars are going to rocket?
 
It is possible he will want to put you on an insulin drip and if you take your own too it would make it difficult for him (or his junior!) to titrate glucose accordingly.
