Hi All

I am 43 old male have been diabetic about 2.5 years now and been suffering with ED off and on more on recently. My wife is under standing but it is putting strain on our releationship, I have tried Viagra and Tladifil sometimes they kinda work most time they dont apart from giving me a Headache which is guranteed, i have tried taking it 1 hour before 30 mins before with out food or at least 2 hours after food with little to no success. I have been back to the doctor and he has put me in a referral for the Penile Injections which is upto 19 week wait but just wanted to know if anybody has any experience with the injections and if so how effective are they.
 
I know how you feel hope you have good hard times with the injections they never worked for me I ended up having a rigid penile implant fitted in 2013
 
Lift up and it’s pointing it’s always ready never goes soft just means I have to position it differently when I’m in clothing and lose baggy shorts

Can you still ejaculate is it none reverseable

Injections work very well if you can get over injecting directly in to your penis. They can also be used with Cialis Viagra etc. There is also a Cialis daily (small dose) and you should not ignore vacuum pump therapy Very quick, very effective without the side effects of medication. There are lots of other solutions before considering a penile implant
 
After waiting for a very long time to be referred to andrology I was eventually prescribed Alprostadil. It has worked really well for me. It works better then 80% of the time and though sometimes I experience some pain during intercourse it is not serious. It has been a life changing experience for me after having the same problems as you for many years. The injection process is not difficult nor painful but you have to be careful and don’t rush it. It is important to get it in the correct location
