I am currently receiving ESA in the support group. I am 64 years of age and is diabetic and insulin dependant x 4 daily, suffer from chronic neck and back pain. I had prostrate cancer in 2007 and surgery and radiotherapy. Since the Radiotherapy treatment I have daily episodes of incontinence and diarrhoea and blood in the urine. In 2013 I underwent a rigid Cystoscopy under GA and the investigation contributes to haematuria due to the Radiotherapy and was advised by the consultant that it might occur from time to time and said that it can happen even after 20 years. In 2016 I had a Therapeutic colonoscopy as I was having diarrhoea as soon as I have had something to eat. This happens daily but the investigation resulted to Pedunculated Poly in Sigmold colon which was removed. Since this procedure my diarrhoea has not stopped and it happens daily. I have now received the Capability for work questionnaire and whether I should have a face to face interview. I would like your advise in reference to this. Thank you

From what I remember about my renewal for ESA, I filled in my question aire for renewal and I had to have another face to face, I am due another in the next few weeks
I do know of some people that have had a renewal form and didn't, t have to have another face to face.
I think it depends on your illness
