omg, I love this! particularly number 3 :wink: I am printing it off as I type although I am lucky with my family who have never said anything less than supportive and always listen and understand, but people I don't know well are often less than understanding

Not enquire how the "weight control" is going as my boss did when i told her of the diagnosis before i even mentioned dieting. Felt like she was saying "Well you brought it on yourself, tubs".
Maybe thats why i am so loathe to tell anyone.....
