Ever have a hypo day?

Today has been really strange. Im on the Omnipod pump and have fine tuned my pump and am averaging a BG of about 8. I have not changed any pump settings for a week or so.
Today I have eaten as normal - usual routine.
I have had 4 hypos today. I just happened to test my blood and my readings have been 3 and 2.9. I never had hypo symptoms nether. I took 3 or 4 mouthfulls of lucuzade and ate a 10gram CHO biscuit on all 4 occassions.
5 minutes later, Id test again and my bg would be up to 7.

I dont understand this. i have not done any physical excercise. I have eaten as normal, Taken my usual basal and bolus with food.

Why would my BG be so low?

Any theories?

Sometimes there's no obvious answer as to why bg levels can be ok one day and then not on another. I too have had days like yourself and it drives me nuts worrying at times. I think with a pump it demands a lot of attention especially with bg level control and adjusting the settings accordingly but by keeping on the ball, hypos should be less in their severity although they wont stop unless cgm can be used to act as a prevention mechanism to warn about drops or rises so appropriate action can be taken.

Your life for yhe previous 24 hours may impact on the following 24 hours. Sometimes you can get a period of lows ( or highs) for unfathomable reasons... Kids get different readings for weekends, schooldays and hols.. My readings vary from workdays to non workdays... And sometimes they just do not make sense at the time... It can vary from where you wear needles /sets/pods even. Yes, i've had days with as many lows as you... But with pumps it is easier to manage...
