I made this cake yesterday and it is delicious:) I only had a small lemon and think it needs a bit more for a lemony taste but the texture is lovely. Tastes great with creme fraiche. Will definitely make this again. Thank you!
 
yes its yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :) you can use it as trifle base too, but i prefere it just as it is
 
yes i made this to and used a shed load lemon was tangy but lovley the recipies on her site just lovley . try the blueberry muffins there yummy xx
