Sorry if this has been covered already but ive tried google and cant find an answer written in english!
Ive just recently started jogging two to three times per week and have found over the last week that I seem to be way more sensitive to my insulin doses. I started out carb counting 3 months ago and have been on a 1:10 ratio, yesterday tried a 1:12 and today have had to up this to a 1:15 and am still going too low. I was wondering if this is a normal thing and I wasn't sure who to ask!!
