Exercise and Low carb

Normally before I go to the gym I eat a banana and take a bottle of sports drink to keep my BG stable. I have now embarked on low carb and I'm a little worried about how to control my BG while exercising

Any tips?
 
Well, no carbs for sure.
Protein/fat some time before exercise, but you should be fine exercising fasted once you are keto adapted.
Oh, assuming T2.
 
Could you tell us a bit more? What type diabetes do you have? Are you on medication?
I'm type one on the omnipod. I know I can do temp basal and stuff like that but even when I was having a banana and sipping the lucozade my BG would drop drastically.
