In January my HBA1C was 53 for the first time. I had it checked again in July and it is down to 40. I have gradually lost 2 stone in weight. My exercise preference is running so I found two things to help me. Parkrun, which is a free weekly event and I signed up to a virtual running site to give me a target for each month. I have gradually built on that, I also have made changes to my diet, using sensible swaps. I am now back on track and pleased with that. I am happy to share further if this would help anyone in a similar position.
