Exercise, running with type 1.

Hi there, I've recently purchased the lifestyle libre glucose sensor and thought it was brilliant for checking during my recent runs. The only downside was after the runs the sticky layer around the sensor looks like it coming off a bit! Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Hi @Ham11man , the whole sensor is sticky, so the edges coming a bit loose shouldn't be an issue. It hasn't been with me anyway. You'll see what I mean when you try to get it off after a couple of weeks........

I wouldn't worry too much @Ham11man - as @Garr has hinted at above, they're sticky enough to not want to be removed - they need quite some force to get off when they've expired!

Hi @Ham11man I use a dexcom cgm and also find that exercise makes them lose their stick. I now use grif grips, they're designed for keeping devices stuck on when exercising! I often use skin tac wipes too. Hope you can find something that works for you!
