Exercise what do you do?

I have acquired a resistance band rowing machine. How long are you supposed to use one for in a session to make it worth while ?

20 mins minimum, 40 minutes for maximum benefit. If you are able to go hell for leather for two minutes a couple times per session so much the better, you may not manage to do this initially though. I also recommend getting a heart rate monitor which is extremely helpfull in understanding how you are getting in

Well done! For me it's regular walks in Hyde Park /Kensington Gardens and Osterley Park, a small amount of running and I want to add cycling and swimming which I used to do regularly. I am now up to 50 pressups split into groups with a three minute rest in between groups. It is not just about the reps, but a good goal is to do 100 pressups with no break. Pressups only need to be performed two or three times a week.
