Hen the best exercise is the one that you want to do!!It's no use starting something you don't like because you won't continue with it.Any exercise that lasts for about 20min 30min is good.Walking the dog,swimming ,gym,weight training etc etc.what do you like to do? Dancing?jogging?I even started out just sitting in a chair lifting hand weights principally because I like to watch TV and this was an exercise I could do while watching it.
