Hi

I'm after some help/advice please.

I've just recently joined a gym to aid weight loss and lower my sugar levels as my GP has referred me back to the hospital for a review of my medication with a review to changing it.

However my question is do any if you exercise in the morning before breakfast and how do you cope ?

Thanks in advance

I often exercise before breakfast. Test prior, if less than 7, take a snack. Test after. Depending on the intensity, duration and type of exercise will depend how it affects your BG levels. It's trial and error, what will work for you will not work for everyone. It is, however, very important to exercise. Good luck!

What mo said. All individual, but if you want to excercise in the mornings adjust your food, meds to work for that. Great advice on runsweet.com.
