Exercising

I cycle 4-5 times a week, typically an hour at a time. I make sure my BS is 5 or higher before I go, and I take my cycling drink with me which is a 200ml carton of apple juice topped up to 600mls with water. This gives me just enough sugar to keep my BS above 5 whilst I do my cycle.

I'm a firm believer that cycling helps keep my BS low, on mornings on days after I haven't cycled my fasting overnight reading is always around 6.5-7, on mornings when I cycled the day before its usually below 6.
