Good luck on your HbA1c test, @hichamgsm. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. When will you find out your results?

Hi @hichamgsm ,

These A1c calculators in the BG app tends to give a higher number (by about 15%?) than the official lab figure..? (my Diaconnect app does.) You may have a more pleasant surprise from your surgery...

Wishing you all the best!

Am I missing something? Your 3 month average, all events is 6.9 yet you put 6.7 into the HbA1c calculator. For a test which averages glycated haemoglobin over 12 weeks (which is what the HbA1c is) I think you should be using the figure 6.9. I’d hate you to be disappointed because you used the wrong figure.
I use MySugr and have found it very close to my lab results.

Hi my friend
This is great thank you very much
I just want to point out that these data may not be reliable
Due to many things such as time tests the number of hours after the meal quality measurement machine and so on

Thank you for your advice in fact I expect a bigger result than this no matter what the outcome is, it will not change anything on what I am now
If you mean 6.9mmol this just BG not Hba1c

I always try to expect the worst and hope for the best! Good luck with it.
