Fbg this morning read 125mg/dl and surprisingly the Proprandial figure also was 125mg/dl. I had salad with avocado and cup of tea for breakfast.

Not unusual. Eating a low-carb breakfast often arrests dawn phenomenon. Put another way, any potential glucose bump from the food is cancelled out by the cessation of DP. Had you not eaten it would likely have continued to rise.
