extreme tirdness and thirst

hey hows it going, I am 27, I take 40 unites of lantus and about 10 unites of nova rapid 3 times a day, my overall blood count that I get checked every 3 months is pretty high, I was wondering if anyone else suffers with extreme tiredness and thirst, even if their blood count is at a good level 5/6/7 ?? I get really hazy head and find it hard to concentrate.
any help would be great.
I also work night, and find that my blood go's low a lot and have to drink coke a bit, was wondering if maby that could count for the tiredness the next day ...
 
Are you saying your thirsty and tired with bg levels of 5,6, & 7mmol?

Certainly low bg will have a detrimental effect on your well-being if your having regular hypo's, if you live in the UK ask about going on a carb counting course such as DAFNE, they wiil teach you how to adjust your insulin doses for your lifestyle.
