Hi there everyone, just a little introduction to my self, leedslad here, been type 1 since I was 18, now 33, this year started low(ish) carb and really looking after myself due to years of semi neglect, all down to this forum!! since then I have never felt and looked better, look forward to chatting with you all.

Hi welcome to the forum. :) I'm type 2. The question I really want to ask you is are you a LUFC fan?:)

hi there, I am a mighty whites fan, but I confess I don`t get to many games, only a couple a season, Im more a Leeds Rhinos man :-) Are you a LUFC fan?

ey up lad and welcome to the forum, pleased you managed to turn your diabetes control around :)

Yay!!!! At last! So pleased you're here. :) I haven't been to many matches (7 maybe ever). My family support Arsenal so I go to matches with them sometimes. I went to see the cup match between Arsenal and Leeds at the Emirates a few seasons back. Yep, definitely still a LUFC fan though :)

Thanks noblehead, I have been a long time lurker on these forums and see you often on here, you give out good advice, look forward to chatting, it helps to be in these things together.

In more diabetic related news, your Hba1c results are impressive, any tips?

Not so impressive as some folk on this forum, but I'll get there.

Tips? Eat to your meter and aim to keep your post meal level less than 2mmol/l higher than your pre-meal level! ;)
