Hi all,
I have had another haemorrage, this time in my left eye, over the weekend I rested and the blood seemed to stop wish washing around. Now today I am back at work - I would like to know if anyone would think that if I work half days this week will the eye settle down or will not working make no difference at all. Thank you xxx

I know next to nothing about haemorrhages in the eye but it seems to mr your best course of action would be to see a doctor or ophthalmologist. Best of luck

Refrain from bending down or doing anything too physical like strenuous exercise, like Thundercat says it best that you get seen by the Ophthalmology Dept, often if it's a small bleed they will disperse in time but it's always best to get these things checked if you've got previous with diabetic retinopathy.

Hi there, my OH has had these and some clear quickly and others not so quickly. When he has had them he just refrains from heavy lifting etc. I don't really think you can do much else, although he does use and extra pillow at night to keep his head up which is supposed to help control the blood sloshing around so much.
