Hi all, T2 first time poster. Firstly I don't want the subject title to be misleading so I will explain my question.
I recently had my yearly eye screening but have yet to get the results as they come to me and my doctor/nurse. Year before last my results came back as mild retinopathy, last year results were everything Ok.
Now going by the results of the screening done 2 years ago and depending on what this year's results are, is it safe to have corrective laser eye surgery? I have worn glasses since I was 14 and now 41. Contacts are not an option as they would be to expensive because of the power of the lens and I also have what the optician referred to as 'oval eyes' but can't remember the medical teem used.
My only option to get away from wearing glasses is laser eye surgery. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. :ugeek:
