Type 2 Eye sight

Hi just after some help so I skipped breakfast had training until 12.30 by about 12 my eye sight started to go very blurry and then I had a headache is this the sign of low blood sugar?

It may be a symptom of low BG.
It is also a symptom of high BG - some people experience high BG due to prolonged liver dump if they do not eat breakfast and some exercise can raise BG.
The only way to know is to test.

Ive had this after the gym and blood test showed low sugar. My crude response was to take a couple of big swigs of Coca Cola. This had an immediate and very positive feeling result. Not recommended though.
The second time my blood sugar was fine and when I mentioned it to my doctor he said it was most likely dehydration. This was highly likely as I'd been working in direct sun for a couple of hours and then went to the gym without drinking anything. As you might gather I learn from my mistakes.

Thanks mate that makes sense after I did my training I had a pasty and was soon feeling ok after ten minutes so I was probably low x

Blood Glucose. Same as Blood Sugar.
