Eyes ok too

Had retina check this afternoon. Walked and bussed. Walking was hard even in hiking boots.on squelch slippy pavements.
Saw the lovely Lithuanian consultant, who saidMy mild retinopathy hasn't changed. Non-proloiferative too. Macular region completely clear.
He also commented that he'd rea recently that fats aren't as bad as was thought previously and he agreed diabetics should reduce carbs. He also said that diabetics should be in charge of their own condition. Wouldn't it be nice ifthey all thought that. And his Lithuanian T2 father in law tests Bg every day.

Good news, Hana. I had mine tested yesterday, & the technician reported no development from the slight damage observed last year. She also said worse damage will clear with good sugar control.
