Bg been high all day and have noticed my sight is blurred is a little worrying. Is this something that will return as my bg goes back down

Yes it should clear as your bloods return to normal...

Yes pretty much. When I was diagnosed my vision was very blurry. It is due largely to your eyes being a bit dehydrated. Get your BG in line with where it should be and your hydration levels right and it should start to sort itself out.
If it doesn't seem to be improving any once you get your BG under control then mention it to your Dr or DSN.

yes your sight can get a little blurry if your BG's are high -- have you taken a correction dose of insulin ?
keep testing.

they can remain blurry for a while too if you have been running high for longer periods - really best to speak to your DSN if it persists.

Hi. As others have said it will be due to the high blood sugar and will clear as that comes down. Do you have a meter and are you following a low-carb diet?
