are you type 2 diabetic or are you a type 1 diabetic, and if type 2 do you also inject insulin or eat insulin affecting medication.. this is important to tell so that people do give you an advice that is right for you.
if you are type 2 diabetic is usually rather easy to get lower normal levels of blood glucose if you stay under 100 grams of carbs daily... you can keep asking the questions you need to ask people in here are very kind and helpful in general
