Type 1 Fake hypo?

I tested my blood sugar and it was about 14 I still had some active insulin so i didn’t correct but am feeling shaky and dizzy like I’m having a hypo! Any one else get this? And if so what do I do?

Have you double-checked your blood? If I get a reading that seems way off I give my hands a good wash and do another test.
I have had times when I'm convinced I'm hypo but after testing, I'm way off!
I find it passes fairly quickly, I think all you can do is wait it out. Hope you feel better soon
