Yesterday I had a fall in my local town centre. I was in a good mood as I had been looking for a paddling pool for my dog to help him cool down. I found one and was walking back to the car when all of a sudden I tripped up crossing the road and I tried to stop myself but in the end I just went down. I landed on my right knee. I have had operations on both my knees and in the right one I don't have any ligaments so it is really hurting today. A shopkeeper in a nearby shop saw me fall and she rushed to my side with a bottle of water. It was lovely and ice cold.

It was nice that there are still some decent people around. One woman ran around screaming saying call an ambulance. I said no ambulance I am fine, I have just hurt my knee.

Ouch... A hard fall on the knee is so painful and with no ligaments, I can't imagine how bad that feels:(

Be kind to yourself and get well soon:)
