So have been Lchf for 4 weeks now but today has been bad a few large dry white wines and some breaded mushrooms is it easy to get back on it tomorrow? Feel a huge sure of guilt!!!!

Thank you so much :) definitely back on it tomorrow surely bloods will be a bit funny but I can fix that

Don't worry - just get on it again. It will soon become second nature.

I had a cream egg today and didn't feel in the least bit guilty :)

:D

You've just proved you're human.

Do you get carb cravings? If so, remember to plan you low carbing tomorrow so that you have enjoyable food easily available all day tomorrow.

I find that nowadays, coffee with cream and chunks of cheese are my favourite Craving Killers.

I agree. You didn't fall off. You just wobbled slightly towards the edge. :-)

A couple of glasses of vino and some breaded mushrooms sounds like a civilised night out. A couple of bottles of vino, a loaf of Sarries, followed by a whole tray bake of bread and butter pudding? That's more like a wagon sabbatical.

Tomorrow's another day, and another wagon is awaiting you.
