False Low

Hi has anyone ever had a false low it happened in the night I checked my little boy and he was 1.9 his cgm was well out anyway I treated the low reset his sensor waiters checked 15mins later super super high!

Then this morning his sensor has lost signal (dexcom starting to stress me out! ) anyway checked blood LO... but he wasn’t showing signs of being that low check anther finger 10.1?? Is it normal to get a false lo? Or is it my meter?
 
Hi @Jaxx13 No that doesn't sound right at all I would report this to Dexcom - as you've discovered you have to always back up any high/low CGM reading with a meter test before acting on it. Hope he's ok sounds very stressful for you, so hope you get it sorted.
