Farty foods

I'd take probiotic and eat them every day and you'll grow gut bugs to handle them and the fibre in your food, diabetics also have different gut bugs, so a range of probiotics is a good idea anyway.
there is an indian herb that they use or wind too, forgot the name and I've never used it. I do what my mum does when she lets one go in public, she apologises and says that the dr said she needs an operation :), I;m finding it works for me in my old age too :)

I'm amazed no-one has mentioned the worst offender of all. In the words of Billy Connolly: "We can put a man on the Moon but we can't take the fart out of lentils". :D
