Can anyone please confirm if there is any truth in the fact that Fastclix Lancets have a nationwide shortage, I now take to insulins and I also take Ozempic and I have been told by my pharmacy that there is now a nationwide shortage of these lancets, I have just been given a mobile test unit by Accu check as I am severely sight impaired and having everything all in one compact unit made things much easier for me.
If I have to use some other form of lancets, I will be reverting back to my old unit with test strips as there is not much point in having a mobile unit with separate finger prick lancets, I would really appreciate it if anybody could either confirm or deny that there is a shortage.
