I guess that is why nhs don't see meters to all, financially justified.Test, and of course you should. 15 years without a meter? Amazed.
Testing is vital after first bites of meals and in the morning but those figs are nonetheless OK
Interesting graphs - are these produced from some contant monitoring device?These would be levels that are consistent with pre-diabetes. ie well controlled Type 2 and seems to match your HbA1c. ....
