My son aged 32 has had a routine blood test for glucose and hba1c.
He is in a terrible panic because he has been notified that the tests need repeating. He has suddenly realised that actually he had a crumpet for breakfast before the blood test. In his defence he has recently had complex brain surgery and has ADHD; I don't know how he could have forgotten otherwise! I just wondered how much the crumpet would have influenced his blood glucose level result? Sorry to be so thick but obviously quite worried as a mum given his other health problems! I would very much appreciate your opinions please
