Fasting Levels

Thanks, think i've given up with my fasting level, i've tried everything ! daily levels though are pretty much okay and not seeing big spikes.
I'm doing loads of cardio but can't do resistance training at the moment due to a knackered shoulder. Hoping to do some in the new year.

I find that my pre-evening meal level is a good indicator of how well I am doing. Insulin resistance improves as the day progresses and many of us find this is the lowest reading of the day, especially if you eat around 6 hours after lunch with no afternoon snacks, as I do, so it is a sort of fasting level anyway.

Too right, i was at mid 5's last night after a fairly hefty late lunch, pretty pleased. 1, 2, 3 & 4 hour readings. I take that as more indicative of how I'm doing as opposed to the high 6's I'm seeing every morning regardless of circumstances.
