Fasting results

I was just reading about your personnel management that it works well for you. See by your results that it has. Are you on a LCHF diet? Would be interested to see what you eat. Although my results are okay I still have to stay on diet.

Sometimes breakfast is a slice of Hi Lo bread with butter and Marmite. But more often have a brunch consisting of fried bacon egg and mushroom in a cafe. On days when at home for lunch I'll choose from chicken, duck, gammon, beef, lamb or fish with veg and salad. The same sort of choices for dinner. If hunger strikes between meals a few nuts and a small piece of 90% chocolate suffice. I don't go out of my way to add fat but I dont cut it off bacon or meat but I'm not keen on the fat in chicken or duck skin. Once a week we host a wine and snacks evening for our neighbour and I am trying to learn how to handle things like Ploughmans with a tiny slice of French Bread and Chinese and Indian snacks with a couple of glasses of red wine. Oh and copious amounts of decaf black coffee or black tea.

Sounds not bad at all. I am going to cut out cream as my cholesterol has gone up a bit, think I have been going a bit mad with it. Thanks for your info.

I like cream, but it doesn't like me! It is a shortcut to acid reflux which I would rather not endure.

Current thinking is that carbs push up your cholesterol.
Fats don't do this - eggs, cream, butter are all fine.

However this is this year's theory.

Enjoy your cream :-)
