Fasting

I think I will have to look at the statins again, I will speak to my doctor again and see what he says. He is pretty good and would give me the opportunity to stop them and try something new. However if it didn't work I'm pretty sure he would suggest strongly that I go back on them again.

I am going to try and vary my timings and days of fasting. Your right of course. As they also say "variety is the spice of life" so I'll do that and keep my body guessing what's coming next. Thanks for that.

I'm definetley going for the blood test as I think that definetley is something worth looking into.
