Fat burners

Hi everybody!
I'm new in the forum. I'm looking information about T1 and Lipo 6. I want to try it but I don't know exactly if it has secondary effects on my body.

There is anyone that tried it and can write the experience?

Ive used Lipo 6 with good results in the past, if younwere to add chromium and alpha lipoic acid as well with meals it would help even more, I found Lipo 6 increased my insulin sensitivity so keep a check on that.

I read some articles were people said that Lipo 6 is not good for T1 that's why I'm asking. They said that Lipo destroys the insulin but I don't know if is it correct....
Now after your comment I will try it some days!

I'd suggest finding out about any drug interactions that could apply or adverse side effects before taking any supplement. Better to be safe then sorry.
