The food database is the same for premium or free.

I use MyFitnesPal (free) ive recently changed the configuration options to show saturated fat as well instead of Sodium in reports. Everyone enters Sodium wrong anyway in MyFitnessPal as they mistake salt with Sodium and mg with grams.
