Hi all I suffer from fatigue and was wondering what I can do to bring blood sugar down when energy is low. My bg has brtnbhugh tiday and I only had a bacon sandwhich at breakfast. The bread was whole grain she at dinner I had eiasy beef, vege mashed potatoes and gravy. Brfire dinner I tried walking around my room she also had a correction dude but on sinr days my other conditions majr it really hard to get the energy to si any diet of physical activity and there’s days were mu body just wants to sleep. Below I’vt attached a list of my health conditions but was just wondering if anyone is in a similar position hie do you cope in this situation and what helps to manage this .

On days I do very little (and I've had a lot of those days battling a serious depression in the past) I take more insulin for the same foods, sometimes up my long acting as well.
Do you prebolus?
With little activity, I need a much longer prebolus than when I'm active.
 
Thank you sonic for this stratigy. Sometimes I do find myself taking more insulin for the sand foods so this makes sense.
