Most cheese doesn't have many/any carbs; depends on variety.

I was thinking of the milk consumption he mentioned.

so, in words of one syllabul please, what was the conclusion? I have boggled my brain again (its been an unpleasant day)

(and how do I spell syllabul? spellchecker has also decided to go awol)

I eat Primal which is Paleo with dairy, but I never ever touch milk. I began by switching to soya, then something else, until Stephen posted something about milk which just seemed to make sense to me. I decided to stop all milk and have not had a drop in months, and I don't miss it at all. I have cream in anything where I would have added milk, coffee, sauces etc. I have upped the amount of eggs I eat as I didn't have many of those, then learned that for my diet they were a perfect choice. They are packed with protein, have sat fat and are satiating. I still don't eat a lot of cheese, but if I want it, I have it. My dairy downfall is cream and full fat Greek yogurt which I eat every day.
