fatty liver and high cholesterol with Type 2 Diabetics

I have fatty liver and high cholesterol with Type 2 Diabetics. What I need To Do? I use Insulin Insulin Human + Isophane Insulin Human (30/70)
 
Hi @bensonamandaw and welcome to the DCUK forums. Can I ask how long you have been diagnosed T2 and how long you have been on insulin? An hba1c of 10% corresponds to 86 in mmol/mol and an average blood sugar of 13 mmol/L or 240mg/dL over the last 3 months.
