I wonder if I have a faulty Libre. I’m putting on my 2nd one and when I connect the two parts together there is no click despite the line being lined up. Any thoughts? Where can I go to get it changed. Thanks

As your prediabetic I take it you are self funding?

Is it possible you just didn't notice the click? I don't often notice it anymore

If it is in fact faulty then you'll need to contact Abbott customer service and they should replace it for you

Hi,

OK? Have things gone to plan (from apox 30 seconds in.) according to the the video below?
Sometimes the mechanics with the applicator can go wrong. you can phone the Abbott care line & an advisor can help.
They will replace a faulty unit.

Exactly it’s when I push together no click and connect. Have you a number for them
