Hi guys, is it possible to have diabetes ketoacidosis without high BS results. I'm feeling a bit rough but no high BS results. Was never shown how to test for ketones
I think you will find the DKA can only occur with both high BS and being in Ketosis i.e having ketones around. I'm sure there are exceptions but I suspect your cause is something else but keep checking the BS.
