Hi. I felt angry about food when first diagnosed but gradually I realised that I now know just how much junk food there is in the shops, on TV etc and can have a bit of pity for the majority who stuff themselves with this junk, get fat and shorten their lives. I do have Chinese food, fish & chips, cake etc every so often but it's only occasional. I do try to avoid silly cakes with icing topping, sugar-cream inside or just excessive sugar. I go for plain currant, ginger or carrot cake when I can. Even with Chinese food there are lower-carb things on the menu. BTW just be careful with Weight-Watchers as it's focussed around calories and the low-fat mantra. We need to focus around carbs and keeping them down. Some Weight-Watchers foods (expensive?) are quite high in carbs.
