Just had my first hba1c result since diagnosis in Feb. Was 96 now 36 :))))) I have also lost 3 stone so have had to buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes. This has been the enjoyable part.
My work colleagues have been the best motivators and have picked me up when I've struggled :)
They've bought me in articles to read, recipes and even a pot of sugar free jelly!
Just booked a holiday in the Algarve so will be doing my daily walk along the beach yippie. Roll on September:)

Fantastic! I seem to get the opposite effects,.. The better my control, the more weight I gain! Any tips? Lol.

I walk at least an hour every evening and watch my carbs :)
Played badminton this eve had forgotten how much I enjoyed it

Same here I have just posed about the same thing. The only thing I can put it down to is CREAM I think I might be over doing it with coffee with cream, and strawberries and more cream. Never had a weight problem before.how about you?
