As a type 1 all you do is cover the carbs with the insulin required there's no need what so ever to feel guilty about a bad! diet day. Looking at it in a different light did you feel guilty about the food you provided for your son as it was his birthday? I sincerely hope notHi,
I've just finished a bad food day today. I've eaten cake, crisps and chocolate at my son's birthday party. Feeling guilty!
Any words of reassurance or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks x

Depends on how many birthdays your son has a year (or you should have arranged it so that he was born on 29 February).Haha...once in a while...never hurt anybody
